IASUR will host the 2nd International Conference of IASUR in Xi’an, China on March 29-31, 2019, under cooperation of Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology. The main theme of this conference is “Green Building and Smart City”, but the topic is not limited to green building and smart city, but covers various topics from architecture, civil engineering, urban planning and environmental engineering as the 1st conference in Kashiwa in 2014.
